New 32-storey condominium complete in Mississauga

Alba, a new 32-storey condominium Edenshaw development, is now complete, and homeowners began to move in December, continuing into this month, the company told INsauga.com.

The building at 1 Fairview Rd. E. is near Square One Shopping Centre, restaurants, grocery stores, Cooksville GO Station and the future Hazel McCallion LRT.

The development’s 418 residential units include four townhomes. The unit mix includes studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den suites, designed to accommodate a range of lifestyles, from first-time buyers to downsizers and families.
