Edenshaw Proposes Tower at QEW and Hurontario in Mississauga

With plenty of development happening and planned throughout the Greater Toronto Area, opportunities abound to the west in Mississauga. Sajecki Planning has submitted a proposal on behalf of Edenshaw Developments Limited to do just that. The Zoning By-law and Official Plan Amendments would see the transformation of a site at 49 South Service Road into a residential tower at the southeast corner of the site at Hurontario Street and the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). The design by Kirkor Architects Planners entails staggered balconies with a trapezoid shape that would make for a striking change to the neighbourhood’s skyline.
