ADVANCE INFORMATION:
Alba Community, 1 Fairview Road East

We are writing to share with you that we are commencing construction on our newest residential community, Alba Condos, located at 1 Fairview Road East. Alba is set to rise 32 storeys and comprise 418 residences.

We are advising you in advance of essential development work on 1 Fairview Road East. In the coming weeks, you will see the following activity at the development site – this work will include but is not limited to:

• Removal of trees
• Fencing around site
• Stripping of topsoil
• Geothermal drilling
• Temporary drilling for shoring purposes

The laneway to the East of the development site will remain open for vehicular access throughout all construction phases.

Throughout the development process, we will be providing you with regular updates regarding our construction timelines and activities. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation during these essential works.
